Travelling today, off to a slow start due to vets being late and having other animal emergencies and then traffic jams in Clonakilty. In Clonakilty! We don't normally do traffic jams beyond the odd slow tractor. Anyway set off and changed plans, what had been going to be a few hours in Dublin City centre changed to an impromptu hour or so in Kildare town and a climb up the round tower. There was an interesting group in the restaurant we were lunching in. Three African ladies, two of them veiled nuns, drinking Guinness with their lunch. I bottled asking them for a shot, maybe next time :)
