Look who wanted in on the picnic

A female Paradise Shelduck. Not interested in the food, just the gossip.
We had plenty for her. We had just been at Operatunity listening to country singing stars Marian Burns on her fiddle, her sister Karen Davy and Suzanne Lynch. Karl Perigo kept the dizzy blondes moving in dizzying circles and a trio accompanied them. One of their best shows, we were clapping and singing and tapping our feet from beginning to end.
Tennessee Waltz is still buzzing round my head.
The duck coming and sitting with us while her mates sat on the beach put the icing on the cake.(I now have permission from Blipmate to add her as an extra communing with the bird).
