Thursday is the day a butcher truck visits where I live. They park by the local shops and they're there from early afternoon until 6.30pm.

It's much better meat than the supermarket. Each week there is a steady stream of people coming and going from the truck.

I was home in time for Jasper to have a little run around outside. Tomorrow he has his second of 3 injections to vaccinate him against feline aids.

Today's gratitude: Spin tonight. It's tough physically and mentally, and for some strange reason I'm looking forward to it.
