Surprise visit!

Well I didn't expect to be here today! But here I am and minus one appendix.

It's never given me any trouble before but all of a sudden it started playing up. I knew I shouldn't have drank that cheap wine!

Anyway, thanks to our amazing NHS the problem has been sorted in super quick time by super nice people.
