West coast (Day 1249)

The wind and rain deserted us overnight, and the morning wander up the hill was much more pleasant. The air was chilly but it was nice in the sunshine.
After a trip to see the hosses, my beautiful wife and I collected the woofers from home and trundled out to Yesnaby. There was barely a breath of wind and lots of sunshine, and when we arrived at the car park we were surprised to find only one other car. A spot of good weather normally means a busy car park.
We followed the dogs south along the cliff edge, enjoying the sunshine and grand views.
Later, I managed to get the grass cut. It might be the last cut of the year.
