Hebridean Princess

9.2C with one or two showers in the morning but mostly sunny sunshine. NNW/NW/N wind to 26 mph with gusts to 40 mph.

Fergus and I went for our walk after lunch. We went round to the harbour. Hebridean Princess was at the new quay. We carried on along the shore side of the park and Kilkerran road to Glenramskill House. It was cold and clear with a brisk wind. The fingerless gloves were on. After the last few days it was wonderful to be out in bright light.

We came back the same way then along the street side of the park and came home through town passing the town hall and the bookshop (open).

On the Clip while walking:
The Scotland Outdoors podcast with Euan McIlwraith and Mark Stephen.
St. Cuthbert's Way (Melrose to Lindisfarne).

Continuing with the series of podcasts from Radio Scotland, Classic Scottish Albums, I listened to the episode discussing Al Stewart's The Year of the Cat.

Afternoon music ... Al Stewart, Year of the Cat. A Beach full of Shells.
