Cat proofing

After work I checked what I planted yesterday to see how everything has fared with the cold rain and the small insistent feline, Jasper-jam.

The lettuce were the ones I expected Jasper might barge on through. Prior to planting he fancied here as an outside dirt box.

So far the bamboo skewers and upside down plant punnets are keeping Jasper away. I need more bamboo skewers and they're on the shopping list.

In another week or so I'll plant out the side where the upside down punnets are with more lettuce. All going well I'll have a staggered crop :-)

All is well in the world of work and this evening I survived a pump class.
