Winkworth Arboretum

H and l hopped in my little red car and off we went down into the county of Surrey to Winkworth Arboretum, about an hour and 25 minutes from us in north London. I must confess to never having heard of this place before until looking something up on the internet but having found it, it needed to be visited at this very time of the year. What a lovely, lovely place, full of colour and just quite unspoiled., we spent 3 hours pottering happily about on a stunning autumn day.
