Paris in the Rain

On Saturday, our workshop lead set us the challenge of Paris in the rain.

At the beginning of the day I was really struggling so suggested to Helen that we cheat a little - see the extra images for the cheat pictures.

It was another long but fantastic day.  We started in the morning at another bridge then walked along towards Notre Dame but with the weather - rain - constantly - we decided that we would head towards Louvre and Palais Royale instead.

In the evening we had another fantastic dinner then a few of us decided to head out to town and near invalides station which is near the French National Assembly and since this was the day before Armistice day there was a heavy police presence.  Really long but amazing day - again.

I'm backblipping these and am massively struggling with coming down from the high of an awesome weekend!
