Mr M and I attended a game dinner at the Pocono Environmental Education Center this evening. Here is the menu. Everything was delicious except the venison cassoulet didn’t go over very well. Dessert was pumpkin cheesecake, carrot maple custard and apple cranberry crumble. In the spring they host a Farm to Table dinner, both dinners are fund raisers.
