The interview

Since there is no internet, ( you guessed it... the trouble shooter could not get a tree climber to come over today.. so it will be after Xmas!!  Ugh!) Tatum is doing her homework .. interviewing some “elderly people” ( who would that be?) for her APHG (human geography)  class about our “life cycle practices “ around birth,  initiations, marriage and death.    (She is recording on her phone and will write a paper. )We had the most recent and numerous stories over what people do to commemorate death.   Pretty interesting. Maple has to be close to the action!  ( but doesn’t look too interested!) We are all leaving tomorrow at different times..
it’s been a very nice few days with much better weather than predicted.   Walks and a sauna ( for 3 of us) today too.   And no cooking!   But a new chocolate pie appeared thanks to Fiona.  Word games and Pictionary.(extra)
