A foggy morning

Yesterday, Josh and Natalie had an offer excepted on a house they had seen. About 15 minutes on from Rebecca, on the Surrey/Hampshire borders. Now fingers crossed mortgages, surveys etc all go through ok.

A week of flats/houses as at the weekend Lucy is moving on from her flat. It’s been a tough few years for her and I’m hoping moving in with a flat mate will be a good move and give her some company when she is not working. It’s been quite tough on Mr C and I too as guarantors we have been paying most of her rent for the past couple of years. We will be going at the weekend to help her move and as Lucy is not a very organised person, I’m imagining there will be lots to do ;-D))
