Busy Day!

I had a very busy day of baking, I made lemon meringue pie and jam tarts! I was practising the lemon meringue pie for my food tech lesson at school where I had to cook it for a controlled assessment. Luckily I managed to get full marks. Just hoping I do well in my theory part of it too!
