Shooting Pheasants Is Easy

Shot one on Nonvember 30th that made it very easy by remaining motionless while I photographed him from the car.

This one made it even easier by wandering into the back garden mooched about for a while then thankfully flew off before Floyd knew he was there. I didn't want to spook him by opening the door so the quality is not great as it was taken through the window but does make life easy when the blips come to you.

The first snow of the year fell last night, not very much but more than I want. My week involves either driving a mini-bus or teaching people to drive a car. Neither of those are much fun in snow.
