Game - #MM256

This is my entry for today's MonoMonday, #MM256, subject 'Game'.  I'll leave you to decide why ;))  Many thanks to John Edward for hosting.

Actually I did go to the nature reserve this morning hoping for a shot from there as the sun was shining, but unfortunately there was work going on (again!) scrub clearing and cutting down small trees (see Extras).  Clearly the wildlife didn't stick around - at the first sound of buzzsaws, collectively it was off!

So, after having an extended and very nice hot chocolate session this afternoon with an old choir friend I bought the mince pies I promised for socialising tomorrow and moseyed up here for an MM shot instead.
