Pelorus (from the Latin "Pelorus", meaning "keeping on course") is the world's twenty-ninth largest luxury yacht at 115 metres (377 ft) in length.
History

Commissioned by a Saudi Arabian businessman Sheikh Abdul Mohsen Abdulmalik Al-Sheikh, Pelorus was built at the Lürssen yard in Bremen, Germany, to the design of Tim Heywood and launched in 2003. It was sold to Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich.

Irina Abramovich received the yacht in 2009 as part of her divorce settlement. She sold it via broker Merle Wood to David Geffen in 2011 for $300 million.

In 2011 Geffen sold Pelorus to Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan for 214 million euros

In 2016 Pelorus was sold to sold to Chinese billionaire, Samuel Tak Lee
