That is not supposed to happen!!

I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure bricklaying in the snow is a sport confined only to the far reaches of the north, where the bricks are decidedly white and no cement mixer can be found in sight.

It's gone 8 am, the builders haven't turned up and we're wondering whether the school is open...
