Panchakki

This is a atta chakki which is driven by a panchakki(a system where water flows from upside down and moves a wheel which moves this chakki). People at this place come and leave their grains for grinding and then come to pick. Nobody measures the quantity and people trust each other. They leave some flour for this man who is working here with so much dedication which can be seen in the pciture too.
