Tea on the Floor - 1986 style

Whatever plans we had for the day were abandoned when Doreen’s carer rang to say that she thought Doreen was ill. Some 7 hours later Doreen and Susan returned home from hospital where they thought she’d had a TIA. She seems OK now and enjoyed her dinner tonight.

Meanwhile, I was cooking various meals for today and for visitors tomorrow, doing the menus for next week and visiting Tesco’s for a few supplies.

I had a little time to process a few photos from 1986 from Pa and Gran’s visit in June. A great treat for the boys at this time was “tea on the floor”. The photo says all that needs to be said.

When will I find the time to manage the thousands of slides and negatives I have in my possession?
