moderate horror

First day out on the bikes for about four months. Took a 22km route about Clocaenog forest on Denbigh Moors. Dewi (our cocker spaniel) seemed to cope with it all a lot better than we did. Felt like we'd been run over by the end of it all, but still an ace day out.
