Vintage Market at Saint Mary's

A super day started with a visit to Bakewells xmas bazarre where I met up with Barry from Derbryshire Photographic playing visual santa taking pictures of children (some not happy) on santas knee, oh well, you can't win them all!.
Onwards to Sheffield and a visit to the always fabulous St. Mary's vintage market obviously at this time of this year with a xmas feel.
Here's a lady who couldn't stop topping up the stock on her knitted everything stall.
I wasn't able to find a xmas fairy for the tree, but came away with a lovely dolliy!! The excitement mounts.
Janet found a truly fabulous coat albeit with a fur collar but so wonderful and vintage we couldn't resist so the the xmas present from me to her is sorted.
Our guide and friend Mandy then took us around Sheffield exploring top notch places followed by a couple of glasses of wine back at hers.
Finally on returning home after having a close shave with missing the bus, some friends came round for the annual bartering of a xmas tree for an Indian meal.
I made the meal, the tree was supplied by Steve.
I love the barter system
