Childhood toy!

Found whilst sorting items in the study, to convert it into my hat workroom. I can’t remember how old I was when I got this, possibly 7 or 8. It would have been bought back from the then USSR by my grandparents, quite possibly a gift from one of their friends. Will have to see if it still works... could be useful in hat making. Did not open it today as didn’t want to get distracted.
