Sgwarnog: In the Field

By sgwarnog

Green

I expect St George's Fields will become my go to place for a quick top up of  green during the day, and possibly a bit of butterfly recording in the spring and summer months. It's only a five minute walk from my new work, albeit within the campus of the big neighbour across the road.

I have poked my nose in before but I had a good wander round today. Given its history as a cemetery it's an interesting space. This Green Woman is my favourite monument so far.

I wandered a bit onto Woodhouse Moor as well, and found a small flock of Pied Wagtail.

Today's miles walked: 5.6; Walking Total: 202.2/1000
