Eye spy

I've been wanting to try this for ages. I think I need to make some sort of head vice to make it the way I want it!

The more observant among you have noticed the reflection of a painting on the wall! Also, I am not 100% sure but I think there's a bit of refraction going on - can you see the green and yellow patch?
