Before the chaos

We had our first popup restaurant of the year at the local village hall. The theme was a Scottish night with lots of yummy delights including stovies, cullen skink, clootie dumpling & cranachan. I was not cooking on this occasion but on liquid refreshment duties. Some of the local children provided the decorations.
A great turnout and hopefully we raised a few pennies to help with the hall maintenance.
