Friday 20 February 2009: Pear shaped
What did the humble pear do to deserve being a metaphor* for things going wrong?
To the pear, and I assume to other pears this is how a pear should be.
To me it is rather beautiful. Even when slightly squint. In fact this makes it all the more interesting and all the better to photograph.
However, this is now the only shape this pear will ever be. Preserved in this virtual world.
Cause I ate it. And damn tasty it was too.
* Red, my apologies if it's not a metaphor.
