A Heron At Twilight

For the second time this month I felt the on-coming signs of an allergy attack so I quickly took a light dose of meds. I managed to get my walk In, but by the time I finished breakfast, I was nappish. What little time I spent awake I spent reading .

After lunch I wrote a bit...
“My halidom
  to satisfy my hunger
  for one alone”

Later this afternoon we walked the surf partly just to get out of the house, but also because of our amazing weather.
