Seasonally Affected

A crap day was saved by a late ride along by Tyninghame Bay. This path is always fun and leads to various options - North along the John Muir Way? West by Knowes Farm and East Linton? South by Biel to the Lammermuirs?

Today it was south, but not very far. I actually stopped and took in the view for quite a while before rolling home at a sedate pace. Very therapeutic.

Big therapy.

Now for nothing at all. A good long sleep and some pre-Christmas binning of stuff should do the trick.
