I have been looking forward to seeing Frankenweenie for about a year. That's when I heard that Tim Burton was remaking his first movie for Disney. The original live action movie was great, but this new, stop motion version was just incredible. I am a huge fan of Tim Burton and this Frankenweenie definitely ranks among his best, right up there with Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, Pee Wee's Big Adventure and A Nightmare Before Christmas. The world is supposed to end tomorrow according to the Mayan Calendar; thank goodness I got to see this before the big finale.
