Cumberland Falls

Today, Mary drove from her house, west to North Carolina, into Tenessee, then north to kentucky.  We stopped in Cumberland to check out the Cumberland Falls over the Cumberland River.  Do you think the folks there like the name Cumberland?
After about 6 hours to get to Cumberland, it was a great time to get out and walk around.  The river was full, the falls was roaring loud!  The mist that floated up from the falls was really pretty!
The 1st extra is looking across from the falls.  If you look carefully with lots of imagination you can see a face in the rock face...  2 eyes, a nose and a chin.   The 2nd extra is about the MoonBow....   On a full moon night the mist rises and refracts the moonlight into a rainbow.  According to the sign, it's the only such phenomenon in the western hemisphere.
After another 2 hours of driving we have landed in Glasgow, Kentucky snuggled in for the night.
     More to come tomorrow......
