Alnwick Castle

Spent most of the day in the living room filling gaps between the woodwork and the ceiling, and the woodwork and the wall. What a faff! Just a little bit to finish off tomorrow. By the time it's finished I'll be an expert practitioner in the application of decorators' caulk ;-) !

Down to Alnwick for the usual Friday evening meal at Carlo's, followed by a supermarket shop, and a trip to the DIY store for paint. Stopped off for a photo or two of the castle on the way in to town.
