Spot the egg!

Orange Tip butterfly egg freshly laid on Lady's Smock flower.  The bright orange egg will hatch in a few days and the larva will devour the seed pod of the flower, before pupating and hopefully emerging as a fine new Orange Tip butterfly in 2020!
