Ouch!

Today went very well until it was pudding time. I went into the kitchen to start re-heating the pudding and to make the custard and when I moved a jar of cooling goose fat it exploded in my hand. My trousers and jumper we sprayed with warm fat and glass fragments and I cut my little finger impressively and blood went everywhere.

I'm okay and the pudding was still very good, but we lost about 300 g of goose fat we had diligently cleaned...
