Like a fish needs a bicycle

Looks like someone has been dredging the canal. There were little collections of bikes, scooters etc covered in mud along the quays.

H was still at work today so I made my way to my favourite DIY store and bought paint, a roller tray and some brushes and started on H’s living room. It’s quite a quick job because these French apartments don’t worry about distinguishing between walls and skirting boards and door frames etc. It all gets emulsioned.

I’d forgotten to take my overalls over to the flat so painted in my pants. Stylish.
