Much as she's a beautiful subject (or would be if her neglectful parents occasionally brushed her hair and washed her face), I'm only really posting this to astound you with the low-light capabilities of the 5D MKII, particularly when combined with a very fast prime lens.
This is only lit with post-sunset daylight coming in through the window behind me - it was practically dark. There is noise in the shot, but nothing you wouldn't expect at a quarter of this ISO on any other camera.
There will be a full review in due course, but be warned - it's likely to read along the lines of 'Brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant! The movie mode's also brilliant but I'll never use it.'
