Tea Time!

Christmas tea with all the trimmings? Cucumber sandwiches, quiche, mince pies, Christmas cake, homemade scones with clotted cream, strawberries & jam, accompanied by lashings of English tea. All served on English fine bone china and not just any old china but perfectly mismatched Aynsley! :) Not what I was expecting but so lovely and very yummy!

The mere chink of cups and saucers turns the mind to happy repose.
