Rainy Weather

The River Severn in Upton on Severn is very high already.  They were putting up the flood protection gates this morning as all the Welsh Rainwater will be making its way down the already very swollen river.  

We ha a good night's sleep in Malvern and were hoping we would be able to go to the Royal Three Counties Show at the Showground, but we decided it was all just too wet.  We opted for a stroll around Upton and then a circuitous route home.  Very nice it was too.

It is still raining, but not as heavily as before.  I have been faffing around with flowers and backgrounds for Camera School...  Think I've done it now.
