Smile Fred

Today the 5 members of the walking group parked at Dublin Bay and walked from there to The Outlet, headed up a steep hill, and were stopped by a large boggy puddle.  Fred had fun plunging in, then he had to have a dip in the lake to wash all the mud off!  This blip is of our lunch stop.

Three of us had a cuppa at a local cafe before heading for home.  Not too cold, +9C.  Walked 13,000 steps, or 9 km.

Dublin Bay is named after Jack Shepherd,  (Dublin Jack), who came from Dublin.  Damper Bay:  is also named after Dublin Jack, who made 'damper' there.

The extra photo is of us setting out.
