Flying High

This is the eagle made by the second group in the S1 class at Notre Dame, flying high in the exhibition today.

"Burds claim their freedom," said George Wyllie, "and I am for the burds."

The Notre Dame eagle claimed its freedom, soaring high in the Reading Room where the exhibition is housed.

So, today the second of the Notre Dame sculptures, just to be fair to both groups. Yesterday it was the turn of the group who made a peacock.

Really good work from both groups. Well done, girls!
