An ordinary life....

Fly guy...

Okay, so the realisation that we are away next week has finally hit me so it's been go-go-go!

Mountain of ironing tackled, camera bag sorted, to-do lists refined, lots of communications with Andrew's mum and Jordan and Ally re. what they need to bring and what they don't.

It's been lovely and warm today so managed to spend a little time in the side garden.  A year and a half from the planting and everything seems to be thriving.  Phew.

Tesco food list has been written all I have to do is place the actual order.  I will do that after dinner.

Talking of dinner, David went out this morning and hunted a haggis.  Successfully!  It's so difficult to catch one this time of year as with the higher summer temperatures and lack of snow, they retreat further up the mountains.   A fine specimen it is too.  A Laird of the haggis world I suspect....

....dinner has now been had.  I can confirm the haggis was delicious :-)

So, Tesco order to complete, a cuppa and hopefully a blip catch up.

It's all happening!  :-))
