Disguised

How do you disguise two 30,000 gallon water tanks in the middle of a Shopping Center parking lot?

Answer: Paint them to look like Saugaro Cacti complete with ribs, thorns, and flowers.

Why are the tanks there? Because they provide a back-up water supply for fire protection. In case of a large fire, the sprinklers will use so much water that water pressure from the city will diminish. So the tanks and associated huge pumps will keep feeding adequate water to the sprinklers. This is a requirement of the fire insurance underwriters.
