walls of water

This was taken at Warren Strand, Rosscarbery, this morning at low tide, during a brief bright spell between squalls.
This beach is a bit of a backwater, the main drive of the wind and the currents is onto Owenahincha and Long Strand beaches around the corner so that on stormy days at low tide you can stand at the water's edge and watch massive waves, much higher than the point you are standing on, race by....
That's Galley Head lighthouse in the distance.
