Boys and their toys

We had a lovely evening at big L's in the company of Ollie and his M+D.

Ally had a wee play with Ollie's toys, Scott leaned on Ryan and Ems got down to the necessary, as usual.

Although Ollie was almost "out for the count" he still rallied and chatted till it was finally me that had to admit defeat and head for home.

He is a great wee chap and his M+D aren't too bad either.
Ally is just as wonderful as usual.

On the way home we managed a wee saunter around T shop when the isles were quiet and we filled our fridge for the coming 2 day holiday. I'm sure we could last out a few more than that.

Last day of the old year approaches and despite me dreading it, this year has turned out OK for my family. A few friends have not been so lucky and my heart goes out to them.

We hope to see our Japanese friends tomorrow as the head to a New year celebration in the Highlands without us. Our belts are firmly tightened, so they will have to cope in their luxuary hotel without us .
