Medal Monday, it's Tuesday...

Over on social media lots of runners post pictures of their running medals from races each monday.

I don't.

I'm posting these that hang in my office cos I haven't a pic for today, and I'm still working.

Ran tonight and had to ask yet another numpty to put his dog on a lead so I could continue running.
