One Step Ahead

This is the fitness suite at RA Towers and I restarted my fitness regime today rather than waiting until tomorrow when the rest of the world will join in. The room is only suitable for low level activity as the ceiling is only about 5'6" high so a rowing machine and an abs cruncher are the equipment of choice. It's been newly fitted with a flatscreen TV for 2013 (that's Kim Wilson of the Fabulous Thunderbirds on screen) so with a good supply of rock DVDs should keep me coming back on a daily basis until my determination falters again.
