Souvenirs

Dear Diary,

I have cut way back on my souvenir buying of late.  Just no place for more "stuff" but I do have a rather nice collection of refrigerator magnets.  This is a sampling.  I added a new one from my visit to the Downton Abbey Exhibition last week, I just couldn't resist this Dame Maggie Smith quote from the series, "Vulgarity is no substitute for wit."   In my opinion, she was highlight in the series.  I almost got a tee shirt with her quote, "What is a weekend" but I'm not doing tee shirts anymore either.  It would be appropriate for me now that I'm retired though.  For me, everyday is a weekend day!
