The Sun

We got back from visiting my mum in hospital this evening and after a quick bite to eat I went out to get a photograph for this weeks Wide Wednesday Challenge on the theme of 'treasure'.

Probably the most treasured thing we have on planet Earth is the sun as without it there simply is no life! The day always seems nicer when it shines and it's handy for holidays!  Good to see it setting over my local castle, at Caerphilly.

My mum hasn't been sick when she eats for nearly a day and is awaitng more tests. She's now in a room on her own and I think she'll be in for a while yet.
