New Beginnings

Last day of my daily bird calendar. Sad it's coming to an end. I like this last one, visually and by its meaning. The description says, "This freshly hatched shell of a Willow Ptarmigan (Lagopus lagopus) signals new beginnings." It's time for new beginnings and I'm excited for this new year. 2013 has a lot in store and I'm hoping something big to happen. More deets soon.
