Morning reflections

The start of a crazy busy week, and for no good reason I was awake before 6am!

After a quick breakfast in the hotel I had a stroll before meeting up with my colleague to finalise the details for the workshop we were running at a conference.  All went well, but I was exhausted by the time I got home after 9pm.
