Sea Cloud II

24.3C with thin cloud and sunny spells. SW/WSW wind to 24 mph with gusts to 34 mph.

Fergus and I went for our walk after lunch. We went round to the harbour, had a potter about the old quay, then carried on along Hall Street and the shore side of the park and Kilkerran road to Glenramskill House. We turned there and came back the same way then along the street side of the park and came home through town passing the Picture House.

Zea Servant is at the new quay and on the linkspan side we have Sea Cloud II.

On the Clip while walking:
The Scotland Outdoors podcast with Mark Stephen and Helen Needham:
Mark met an unruly falcon, finds himself on the edge of some movie action and Helen went foraging in the South Uist.

Afternoon music ... Runrig, Mara. Heartland.

Note: My investigations  have concluded. Using a name provided by our correspondent in England I quickly came up with a death notice from Nice, France and a theatrical newspaper obituary which confirmed names and life timeline details. Mystery solved. Evidence found. Without the clue of the new stage name (or new name) I had nothing to look for. Sounds like The Day of the Jackal ! "With a name, we get a face, and with a face, we get an arrest".
